My son made these for us.  It was his first and only attempt to make cabinets.   Smilie_PDT   (It took him one week.  :shock: )

They look good Bev, :)  my only concern is having a sink so close to an electric cooker is that safe or legal?

Not sure on that but have met such juxtapositions in bed-sitters. You are not allowed a power outlet within 600mm of a sink from memory.

If you consider the number of times a saucepan of liquid boils over on a cooker it would suggest that cooker design is able to cope with such normally unhealthy mixtures of water and electricity!

I would not suggest standing in a sink full of water whilst stirring the greens though - just in case!
