Creationism is to be debated alongside the theory of evolution in science and religious education lessons in secondary schools across Hampshire.

Teachers are being given advice on how questions about evolution and God can be explored with 11 to 14-year-olds.

If they present the theory of evolution correctly, that is excellent news, though I am at a loss to understand how they can mix science and religion in the same class.

You only have to look at the answers creationists give on forums.

d) The bible cannot be wrong.


If you're only working with a few brain cells, creationism probably looks good to you.
