Adult language boys and girls:
Dave B

I suppose the author thought it was clever.

Yes, it can be just dismissed as a stream of catchy expletives with a silly animation, but try again. †If you can ride through all that, then the message is actually spot on. Words are just words; no matter what we do with them it's not the same as an action. †Ignore the repeated expletives; fuck is just a corruption of the Anglo-Saxon verb to to strike; it isn't an aboration in itself.

'Fuck' is just a word; it's not the same as raping children and covering up for that crime. †I do think that's a pretty significant point to make and one that the media tends to forget.

Fuck the motherfucker
And fuck you motherfucker
If you think that motherfucker is sacred

If you cover for another motherfucker whoís a kiddie fucker
Fuck you, youíre no better than the motherfucking rapist

And if you donít like the swearing that this motherfucker forced from me
And reckon that it shows moral or intellectual paucity
Then fuck you motherfucker, this is language one employs
When one is fucking cross about fuckers fucking boys

I donít give a fuck if calling the Pope a motherfucker
Means you unthinkingly brand me an unthinking apostate
This has naught to do with other fucking godly motherfuckers
Iím not interested right now in fucking scriptural debate

There are other fucking songs and there are other fucking ways
Iíll be a religious apologist on other fucking days
But the fact remains, if you protect a single kiddie fucker
Then Pope or prince or plumber, youíre a fucking motherfucker

You see I donít give a fuck what any other motherfucker
Believes about Jesus and his motherfucking mother
And Iíve no problem with the spiritual beliefs of all these fuckers
While those beliefs donít impact on the happiness of others

But if you build a church on claims of fucking moral authority
And with threats of hell impose it on others in society
Then you, you motherfuckers, could expect some fucking wrath
When it turns out youíve been fucking us in our motherfucking asses

So fuck the motherfucker
And fuck you, motherfucker if youíre still a motherfucking papist
If he covered for a single motherfucker whoís a kiddie fucker
Fuck the motherfucker, heís as evil as the rapist

And if you look into your motherfucking heart and tell me true
If this motherfucking stupid fucking song offended you
With its filthy fucking language and itís fucking disrespect
If it made you feel angry, go ahead and write a letter
But if you find me more offensive than the fucking possibility
That the Pope protected priests when they were getting fucking fiddly
Then listen to me, motherfucker, this here is a fact:
You are just as morally misguided as that motherfucking
Power-hungry, self-aggrandized bigot in the stupid fucking hat

True, words are not actions, though they can inspire them.

The "message" would have been better sent without the expletives IMHO - but I suppose it was not aimed at cynical old codgers like me!

I looked up the meaning because I remembered something other than your offer, but it seems you are right.

Wiki also offers this, which seemed apposite:

"Flen flyys and freris
The usually accepted first known occurrence is in code in a poem in a mixture of Latin and English composed some time before 1500. The poem, which satirizes the Carmelite friars of Cambridge, England, takes its title, "Flen flyys", from the first words of its opening line, Flen, flyys, and freris (= "Fleas, flies, and friars"). The line that contains fuck reads Non sunt in coeli, quia gxddbov xxkxzt pg ifmk. Removing the substitution cipher (here, replacing each letter by the next letter in alphabetical order, as the English alphabet was then) on the phrase "gxddbov xxkxzt pg ifmk" yields non sunt in coeli, quia fvccant vvivys of heli, which translated means, "They are not in heaven because they fuck wives of Ely".[3] The phrase was coded likely because it accused some Church personnel of misbehaving; it is uncertain to what extent the word fuck was considered acceptable at the time."
