Look at what I said in the context it was said and to whom. Think about the thread
Ok, yes, done all that.
tell me why you wrote what you did?
I wrote what I did to respond to your suggestion that atheists made up the word 'indoctrinated' because we cannot explain why some believers profess to know God. The clue is where I quoted that sentence at the beginning of my post. _________________ Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn

...... but the bible claims that God alone is the ultimate author.
It is an accepted conviction that God himself was speaking through the messages of the Old Testament.
The Jews and the NT writers all accept that the OT was inspired by God.
Jesus also being Jewish upheld this belief and it was shown that he believed the they were more important than human opinions and traditions.
The Writers of the NT believed they were teaching Gods wisdom not mans.
Was mans traditions and opinions held too fast by the Jews?
Was Christ showing their true meaning according to what Moses taught?
Is the bible inspired by God, rather than mans opinions and traditions, today?
Jeremiah 1:9 (King James Version)
9.Then the LORD put forth his hand, and touched my mouth. And the LORD said unto me, Behold, I have put my words in thy mouth.
2 Timothy 3:16-17 (King James Version)
16All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
17That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.
Back to adult stuff.
OK lets start with Jeremiah:
You are using one selected verse as 'proof' of your assertion, as usual taken totally out of context with the passage it is culled from.
Have you actually read Jeremiah?
As for old Tim:
Written by Men who needed to control their fellow man with superstition and fear...
