Yes. The evidence is the manner in which Leonard was made to squirm in this thread because his argument didn't stand up to any sort of scrutiny.

Leonard, if you're now feeling emboldened enough to have another crack at bettering your previous failed attempt to prove that your assertion that (contrary to the dictionary definition)

brainwashing refers to getting people to believe things for which there is no evidence
is not completely and utterly wrong then please feel free to do so.

Not really, Sammy boy. I just thought I would take a break from my squirming to have a laugh!

You really are a silly old sod, Sammy ... but it isn't your fault. We are all what our nature/nurture makes us.

Yeah and you are someone who's nature means that they like to make prejudiced, unsupported assertions about those with a religious belief and then get all huffy when someone has the temerity to ask them to back them up with a few verifiable facts.

Perhaps Sam could provide us all with the "verifiable facts" about the existence of God,  - that is if you've got enough time to spare from finding fault with other posters. I would hate to interrupt your fun, being a nice kind human being myself, (IMO).

(Oh shit, Sam will now ask for proof of my humanity )

This topic is about brainwashing.

Please try to pay attention.

Sam knows perfectly well that no such verifiable facts exist, just as all believers do, but most others are too astute to make it so obvious by evading the question with straw men and nitpicking.
