We were going to present you with a lovely birthday cake with the right number of candles on, but sadly that idea had to be abandoned when we were beaten back by the flames

Well, I had the retained fire fighters on stand by, in case he sheer number of candles caused a blaze.

It appears with 34 minutes to go, we're safe!

My girl-friends would have told you to keep the cake  as they would prefer the firemen...

Some of us don't need left overs we are able to have our cake and eat it fresh... Please help yourself to the week old mouldy cake, wouldn't like to see it go to waste, I see you must already have an established  taste for it, seeing you know where to buy it...

Don't think anyone sells mouldy cake (this day in age!). Some people are old enough to have their fresh cake go mouldy though . . . LoL!

There speaks the voice of experience... Does you cake often go mouldy at your age in life?...Or has your cake never been in date?

Being considerably younger than you, I wouldn't know! My cake doesn't normally arrive with a telegram from the Queen. Lol

What is your problem, Phil?
I had no choice as to when I was born. What has my age got to do with my birthday? On NGL I spoke with Andrew and Victoria Plum about my age. My neices and nephews think I am younger than my younger brother and sisters. My friends husband yesterday was shocked to know my age.
But being in my forties is nothing to be ashamed or embarrased about.
I would not be me or have met the people I have or had the relationships I have had if I had not been me.

Whereas you seem uncomfortable with my age and I don't know why?
I am not prejeudice when it comes to age of others. Are you?

Love Lynne...xx

Firstly I have no problem. Secondly I was joining in with the banter that others offered on your birthday (obviously a mistake!). Thirdly age has everything to do with your birthday, being that in increases by one year on that very day!

I couldn't actually give a toss about your age. I made a joke (as did others). But as usual, Lynne (probably due to your paranoia) you take it the wrong way and see it as a personal attack.

Frankly I am getting p**sed off with you taking everything personally. While you may not look your age, you may want to start acting it!

No, but then thats you putting your little twist on things, as usual.

I think you pm's shows that your mistaken as to who is making the personal attacks...
I really should not have to put up with pm's from a childish adolescent who thinks puberty is, his first drink in the pub.
So keep your pm's and your remarks to yourself, I have better things to read.

Thank you.

Well when you put it in the middle of the sentence and it makes no sense. Btw, who is "we"? You and your other personality! Haha.

Well ...

Therefore, your age depends on your birthday. QED
