Now that the BBC CMB is defunct.. should we change the header of that section to something like "Religion and Ethics forum back-chat"?

It was meant as a bit of a glib topic Ket...   but having read through some of the comments about the forum, on the forum, that are heavily moderated. I now think that changing the section on the BBC MB after Dark to incorporate it's neo-forum would be a good idea

So that people could wander over here to let off some steam about the injustices and.. sorry to use this phrase, but it is appropriate, the cliquishness of said forum.

Or maybe I just need to go to bed!!

They are different boards for different things. This one is like the bar in your local pub; friendly and  relaxed. There are regulars, and those who only pop in from time to time for a pint on their way home. Even the arguments are civilised and fairly calm.

The other place … well, it's a heaving mess of struggling bodies, clawing at faces, biting at throats. Gangs and alliances formed and broken, lone idiots standing on tables, spouting wild-eyed incomprehensible nonsense, the few calm voices quickly drowned out in the cacophony. You can pop your head round the door, shout a few words or throw a glass, but you don't want to stay for long.

Puke, I love that description and the picture it's painted.

You are right, Puke! Having just had a spitting match with a nincompoop over there, I welcome the sanity that usually reigns here.

Ohhh go on Shaker..  Rename the "CTMB After Dark" section to something pertaining to the other 'place', just to wind up old Numbskull McWukfit even more!!

(It's so tempting to respond to Skilly...  must resist... must resist)!!
