Oh, I understand now! I certainly disagree strongly with many of your posts, but I recognise that you are perfectly entitled to express your views, just as we all are ... but that is a far cry from wanting to see you leave the forum!

I'm glad we have cleared the air ... now I can get down to disagreeing with what you post!

Len, if you didn't go around constantly asserting things that are obviously flawed then they wouldn't be able to.

Yes, dear, but they could get some other, more useful hobby!

There is nothing more useful than pointing out the errors in your assertions. You should thank those who do for taking the time to educate you.

Leonard, Thank you. What you have said is very much appreciated. If we only disagree on theism them we will be fine. I do not go around chanting the Lords Prayer or trying to get people through the Church gates. My life is more than my religion as i am sure your life is more then you disbelief in it.

As for getting down to disagreeing with my post. I will see what I can do for you shortly. Take Care Leonard

This is a bit like the first world war where the Germans and the British stopped fighting and played football on Christmas day. We are now retreating back to the trenches.

Kind Regards

Ralph

Hi Ralph

Unfortunately there is a problem, a christian will say in the name of goodnes we have to kill maim and destroy, and on the other side, in the name of badness we have to kill maim and destroy.

What has God got to say as to what a man should do?

I am not sure as to what you are saying. Can you link me to an example to clarify.

Kind Regards

Patriotism, like religion, is a powerful divider! I hope we will one day grow out of both of them and recogniise that we are all one social species, and squabbling amongst ourselves is not the way to go.

ps. Bernie is a lovely guy but not always easy to follow!

Nicely said, Leonard, and very true.
