A change in the jet stream could stay flipped, which would put Scotland in the Artic would that still be funny?

And what's wrong with the Arctic? We love our Canadian Arctic. I have a buddy that's is a school principal in Tuktoyaktuk, he likes it there.

I can't open the You Tube link, but I looked up Tuktoyaktuk on Wiki, and it looks stunning. Your friend is a lucky man!
