That's not how itt works, though.
The person making the assertion is supposed to back it up with evidence.

Yes indeed, that's how the burden of proof works; so that, for example, anybody who asserts in the teeth of all human experience and knowledge that an obscure adult male in an obscure part of the pre-scientific, superstitious, largely illiterate ancient Middle East died (actually died, not just 'fell into a narcoleptic trance' or some such) and then came back to life - something never, ever, ever, not once observed and attested to by any credible qualified authority (i.e. a medical professional) anywhere, ever - needs to provide some evidential backing for their assertion if they wish to be taken seriously.

If they're not bothered about being taken seriously, well ... no problem

Interesting, how do you see that playing out?

Anything we should be looking for to confirm your prediction?

No not really I am not a prophet I just go by the prophecies I read. false religion is supposed to collapse big time before the kings of the earth have their biggest earthquake which is not the St Andréa's fault but an upheaval in the UN. If you watch UTYBE one could think the day of panic is not to far away.

Dead right you are not a prophet!

As for the so called 'prophecies' in the Bible, some people just interpret them to match the scenarios they come up with! I reckon that was the case with Jesus, when the gospel writers wrote him up.

I am also not asleep to the signs of the time as many still are even though most bible prophecies have been and gone.

Take the last of the last seven plagues of the Revelation for example I think you will find "Chem" trails is the last one of those, is it not?

Rwev, 15 & 16

More JJ delusional nonsense!

What like global warming and Chemicals sprayed in the air?

Pole shift and solar radiation?

The Tetrad blood moons and the sun being darkened, quite a few disagree with you ok?

Hold the bus!
Floo made an assertion - an assertion she faikled to back up with evidence.
Now, whether her assertion is valid or not depends on her evidence..
That the reseurrection cannot be proven by scientific means I concede - since it is an unrepeatable phenomenon.
However, floo made an assertion based only on her opinion.
I'd like to see the evidence which led her to her conclusion before I  argue the point.

Which she flagged as such:

Well the (assumed) gospel writers wrote about Jesus, didn't they?

Indeed, they are the only people ever known to have done so.

Do any of the organised religions teach basic scripture and not magic and intellectual posturing?

The reason it is the day of panic is because what makes the world panic is a surprise to them and a figment of the imagination of disaster beyond coping with.

Which part of

So, lets take this step by step just to be clear,

according to the prophecies which you read -

civilisation is going to collapse at the end of this year, -

yes or no?

did you not understand?

It is a reference to a clear statement that YOU made.

Here it is to remind you

Are you now pulling back from that statement or did you mean it to read in another way? If so could you rephrase it?
