Oops, here I thought Northumberland was next door to Scotland

It is.

and that was where you told Anchorman you live. Right next door to Scotland.

Who on earth is Anchorman?

So it has to be Cumberland then. My condolences.

Nope, still don't live there either! There was such a county as Cumberland (famous for its sauce and sausages) until 1974, when it was subsumed in the larger county of Cumbria. That's also next door to Scotland, but I still don't live there! Given that I haven't a clue who Anchorman is supposed to be it really is looking as though you're mixing me up with someone else here.

Come on Shaker, you were doing nothing but sticking up for that Jimmy pervert. Against all the victims testimonies, you remained firmly in his corner and dismissed the victims. Typical Shaker.

Nope. If anything I was sticking up for opinions being based on evidence which in this case can only be had by a full inquiry - which is still ongoing. I don't go in for rumour, gossip and hearsay: they're not reliable indications of what's actually true. A victim isn't a victim unless they can be demonstrated actually to be such - say-so, even their own, won't cut it.

You won't be at all familiar with the story I'm sure but just a few days ago an actor called Michael Le Vell (who appears in one of the most watched soap operas in the UK) was cleared of all charges of the rape of a child over a period of eight years (from the age of 6 to 14) following legal proceedings which dragged on over two years, a period in which he didn't work as an actor which must have represented a serious loss of earnings. It wasn't true. Never happened. He was found not guilty on all charges.

Leo, you are bitter against Christianity and you're no spring rooster.

What rot! I'm not bitter against it at all ... it teaches some quite intelligent things. Unfortunately it teaches a load of bull as well, so I point it out.

As far as my age goes, I may be old, but I'm a damned sight more alert than many who are half my age.

I can only think of one, I'm afraid. Treat other people as you would like them to treat you.

And I pay as much attention to your judgement of me as I do to any other deluded religio.

Whatever floats your boat, man. Feel free!

And don't be silly, listing that it is dying will not count. lol

As a matter of interest, do you really laugh out loud like an idiot at everything you post?

Leo, yes you are bitter against Christianity. You can't even recognize the bitterness you hold because you are so, so bitter. lol

Wow! And when did you acquire your ability to read other people's minds?

Your capacity for self-delusion is astonishing!

What a long time to revive a thread for absolutely no reason.

Well merry just another day there Shaker.

To the pathetic, anti Christmas, secular humanist crusaders.

Wouldn't know, powsers. Not anti-Christmas, not pathetic, not a humanist. Your video meant for somebody else entirely, obviously
