I can't think of ten, not being a film buff. I did enjoy Harry Potter though! I don't enjoy visiting the cinema and much prefer to watch them on DVD in the comfort of my own home.

Only 10? It means missing a lot out, but I will go for:

Alien
The Big Liebowski
Old Boy
Pulp Fiction
Fight Club
The Life of Brian
Kontroll
The Legend of Hell House
Jaws
Akira

In truth, though, that barely scratches the surface.

Only ten? In no order:

Life is Beautiful. (Should not be missed)
It's a Wonderful Life. (Need I say more)
Shawshank Redemption (Ditto)
A Matter of Life and Death (Ditto)
Godzilla : Final Wars (Two hours of unbelievable action)
Hostel 1 (Gruesome but brilliant)
Fantastic Four 1 (The comic comes to life)
My Neighbour Totoro (If Disney had been Japanese, he would have made this.)
Mortadelo Y Filemon (Non-stop sight gags. Hilarious)
Superman 1 (The comic comes to life)

I watched Dog Soldiers yesterday. Great film. Some soldiers on maneuvers in remote Scotland (actually Luxembourg) come up against a group of werewolves and are trapped in a small cottage. There was supposed to be a second one made but it never happened.

In no particular order.

A Matter of Life & Death
Pan's Labyrinth
2001 A Space Odyssey
Metropolis
Blade Runner
The Day Earth Stood Still (The original)
Pulp Fiction
Dogma
Whisky Galore
The Empire Strikes Back

These sort of lists are difficult to do, it would be a different list another day it depends on the mood I'm in.
